Accountabilities
- Technical leadership in all aspects of data management, strategy, architecture, and governance in the context of SAP S4/HANA project scoping and implementation covering the SAP systems / solutions (on-premise and on-cloud) and its integration to 3rd party applications
- Guardian of quality deliverables related to data management framework, including mapping of data sources, data movement, and interfaces with the goal of ensuring data quality and optimized solution.
- Envision data pipelines and how data will flow through the enterprise
- Develop data model and metadata policies and procedure for functional and technical design.
- Ensure data governance and best practices are followed and properly implemented
- Define in data load, migration approach, and data impact analysis
- Architect data transformation from legacy system into S4/HANA landscape
Job Description
Looking for a SAP ABAP developer with experience in data migration. The consultant will have exclusive experience in developing migration objects using LTMOM. Also should be well worse with the other load techniques like LSWM, batch input, LTMC, BAPI method.

Tasks:
- Provide guidance and support related to data governance, development of data definition, and conversion, in coordination with business stakeholders and consulting partner data team according to project timeline
- Identify technical data gaps and provide approach for the solutions to address them
- Provide direction to develop data management framework for key activities such as extraction, cleansing, migration, data quality and data validation
- Contribute in efforts estimation of data management activities and identification of project skill and resource requirements in collaboration with project control team
- Provide technical recommendations related to data governance ∙ Promote best practice for data standards and data management
- Advise improvement of current data management model and design
- Ensure measures in place for data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
- Collaborate with functional stream on data definition and integration requirements
- Review and endorse proposed data design and conversion approach and specification document
Note- Its mandatory for the consultant to have experience in building custom LTMOM and should have clear understanding data migration work bench.

SAP DS Developer
In the role of SAP DS developer, you will lead the engagement effort for solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in leading your technology track, eliciting requirements through workshops, collaborating with client business and other tracks, problem definition and detailed requirements, leading the overall solution, and guide teams. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices. Define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver Data Migration solutions, doing so in partnership with other domains.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be trusted partner of the client for the solutions in your track and use breadth of expertise to solve complex problem and provide solutions in alignment with standards and processes.
You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
- Experience as Data migration lead for S/4 HANA data migration projects
- Good Understanding of Greenfield, Bluefield and Data migration life cycle and phases
- Ability to lead workshop at client sites with multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in either SAP Business Objects Data Services/DMC/ Syniti/ Winshuttle including sound knowledge in RDBMS, SQL concepts
- Expert in all phases of Data Migration -data extraction, Transformation and data loading
- Experience in master data cleansing and coordination
- Know the integration/ overlap/ dependencies among cross functional modules like OTC, P2P, PM, PP, FI etc.
- Must have executed data quality and validation programs and have worked with SAP migration cockpit
- Flexible to travel
Preferred
- Ability to define functional dependencies and project planning involving client’s business/IT, project functional and technical teams
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
